Mosques In Kuwait
There are alot of Mosques all around kuwait, nearly every area has a mosque 2 mins away from it.
The most popular mosque that everyone attends in islamic celebrations and prayers is the Grand Mosque its the largest in Kuwait.
the designs from the inside are islamic designs, usually ppl start to be creative with their handwriting and turn them into art and thats usually whats carved on the walls and ceilings.
Mosques are not just for praying, its also a place where muslims gather on a friday prayer at noon to listen to the "SHAIKH" or "EMAM" talk about the teachings of islam and stories of the past etc.
Sometimes you can hear the discussions from your window because they sometimes use huge speaker phones at the top of every mosque, friday is like a very relgious and day.

Post a CommentThey are so gorgeous. The expense, time, and detail put into "houses of faith" of all backgrounds is astonishing.

What a BEAUTIFUL mosque!!
did u guys notice the lines inside the empty picture of the mosque, these lines are there so that people will stand in percent straight lines next to each other and perfect exact space between them and the ppl behind them for order.
Thanks for the extra information Fantasia, thats really neat.
