Random Places-Paris Edition
Following in Fantasia's footsteps...Here are some shots of Paris. Some might be familiar, some are of my neighbourhood! This will have to do while my digital camera is out of commission.
Enjoy!
Pont des Arts with l'Académie française in the background
la Tour Eiffel (I wasn't going to do a pic of this but oh well, it IS Paris afterall)
random beautiful old buildings down the street from where I live

Post a CommentI really loved Les Tuileries when I was in Paris, I have a thing for parcs and gardens. you are so lucky to live in such a beautiful city Mme!
and as for la Tour Eiffel, apparently every country is obliged to have at least one bi fugly looking piece of metal in it's capital! (hence Het Atomium)
lol you're right!! I think the CN Tower in Canada is the biggest of the tall tourist buildings!!
The Tuileries are like magic to me!! On a warm, sunny day, a stroll through there makes me smile and feel so alive!!
In spring or summer, when it's too hot to study inside, I love to just take my books with me to the park and read on a blanket on the grass! It almost feels like vacation at times
I passed by the Atomium when I took the bus from Paris to Amsterdam in November. I was like "What the hell is THAT thing?"
Mme i wish the veiw from any window in my house would look like that hehehe i loved it
